Rights and obligations from the guest accommodation contract
1. Guest accommodation contract
The guest accommodation contract is concluded as soon as the room / holiday apartment has been ordered by the guest and the room / holiday apartment order has been accepted by the landlord or his representative by the central accommodation service.
2. Landlord obligation
The landlord is obliged to make the reserved room / holiday apartment available. Otherwise the guest has to pay damages.
3. Obligation to guest
The guest is obliged to pay the agreed room price / rent for the holiday apartment for the duration of the contract. This also applies if the room / holiday apartment is not used - irrespective of the reason.
4. Travel cancellation / cancellations
We do not hope that you have to cancel your vacation unplanned. However, should this occur, the following cancellation fees will apply:
Cancellation up to 30 days before the start of the holiday
Cancellation up to the 21st day before the start of the holiday
Cancellation up to the 14th day before the start of the holiday
Cancellation up to the 7th day before the start of the holiday
Cancellation up to the 6th day before the start of the holiday
of the agreed rental price including VAT.
5. Damage limitation
The landlord is required in good faith to rent out the unused room / holiday apartment to someone else if possible.
6. Arrival and departure
Unless otherwise agreed, the rental period begins at 4 p.m. on the day of arrival and ends at 10 a.m. on the day of departure.
7. Place of performance
The place of performance is the place of accommodation.
