The holiday flat is modernised and furnished the way we ourselves would want a holiday flat to be. Our holiday flat is a non-smoking flat. The modern and spacious holiday flat offers 120 m² of space for 4 guests (plus 1 additional person). There is a large garden with barbecue facilities and children's play equipment for shared use, ideal for a holiday with children. The holiday home is in a quiet, idyllic location in Seissen, a suburb of Blaubeuren, in the east of the Swabian Alb.
The FeWo Reimann is located on the outskirts of Seissen and is an ideal starting point for walks, hikes or bike tours in the charming nature of the nearby surroundings.
The heart of the holiday flat is a spacious living and dining area with open kitchen and access to the terrace and garden.
Living Room:Huge living room with fireplace and large windows and direct access to the south terrace. Enjoy the relaxation of a wood fire in the stove. The living area is furnished with sofa bed and TV, media player, board games and books in the reading corner. The dining area with large table and comfortable seating invites you to comfy meal.
Open Kitchen:This is modern furnished with stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, egg cooker, cleaner and much more.
There are mosquito nets on the windows in the entire living, dining and kitchen area
Bedroom 1This bedroom has a double bed (180x200 cm) linens included, wardrobe, reading lamp, chair, mosquito screens on windows.
Bedroom 2equipped with 2 single beds (90x190 cm linens included, wardrobe, reading lamp, chair, mosquito screens on windows.
Bathroom, equipped with double sink, bathtub,
shower, towels, toilet, washing machine, hair dryer, fly screens.Separate restroom with hand basin and mirror.
Storage room with vacuum cleaner, drying rack, ironing board and iron.
TerraceSoak up the sun on the covered south facing terrace, a cozy breakfast outside or let finish your day relaxed. A garden table with comfortable chairs incl. seat covers as well as two sun loungers invites on this.
Our Garden
Our large garden with its equipment (barbecue, trampoline, swing, ...) is of course available for you to share.

85,00 € per night or 340,00 € for a minimum stay of 4 nights
75,00 € per night resp. 525,00 € per week
1st - October 31th of the year
90,00 € per night or 360,00 € for a minimum stay of 4 nights
80,00 € per night resp. 560,00 € per week between May
For each additional person the surcharge is 20,00 € per night.

The rental price includes bed linen, towels, service charges, free WLAN use and final cleaning.
